Most people write articles and use software to submit the article to every article marketing directory on the planet. That's how they think they can gain exposure. Well, people like to read exclusive stuff and that's the prime reason why they search it on Google. The best stuff always gets loads of visitors. However, you need to consider specific strategies to test article marketing. If you just submit the article to article marketing directories, you won't get appreciation and visitors to your site.

You might have read a lot of articles online. How many of them real get your attention? 3 may be 5 articles. The reason is those articles are written to attract the visitors. A good Headline always converts - headline is the first thing read by a visitor. The subsequent click leads him/her to the article. So the first click is important. Discuss problems first - Why does anyone read an article? Everyone has a problem and an article solves a problem. That's why most of the people think when the click on the link to the article. In fact, people searching anything on Google have problems and they want a solution. A good idea is to present the problem in the headline and give solution in the sub-headline.

Present a solution - Why did you write the article at the first place? Do you want to highlight a problem or give a solution to a problem? While highlighting problem is good if you can give a solution in the end. If you cannot, do not expect the user to be happy with your endeavor. The ideal situation is to present the problem in the first two paragraphs and solve in the last two paragraphs. The solution must be a valid one. You can tell the problem of making gourmet coffee and in the last two paragraphs, tell people how to make gourmet coffee nice and easy

Make it Easy - The solution must be easy for everyone. You shouldn't make it sound difficult if it is not difficult; similarly you should make it sound easy if it is difficult. Give out the solution in steps and remember, the visitor is judging your character through that article. If you can give them a viable solution, you will be a winner.

Strong call to action without violating TOS - Every article marketing directory and article sharing site has Terms of Service. Most of the directories do not allow you to ask visitor to visit your site. However, you can do that in the author resource box. What I have found out is that if you can instruct the visitor to find solution to other problems related to your subject, they can visit your site and buy the complete solution. You see most of the people do not like to solve a problem themselves; they want someone else to do it for them. If you can give them a solution in the article and give them an option of buying your product if they do not want to solve the problem themselves, believe me they will opt-in to buy your product instead of solving it themselves.
